In this figure you can see the number of users per pump. In the case of SINAS this number comes directly out of their statistics. The NGO's is more difficult as family wells and community wells are involved thus some stratification was required assuming respectively 20, 10 and 6 users per pump besides the community rope pumps on drilled wells with an estimate of 80 users. For the private sector a mean of 10 users is taken.
The next step is the distribution of the number of pumps over the sectors, in this case SINAS, NGO's plus projects, and the private sector. This figure is maybe a bit astonishing but indicates at the same time the high importance the NGO's can have.
But if we go back to the previous slide (Number of users per pump) we see that the impact of each in the SINAS included intervention is much higher.
